Week 58

 Mon, Oct 23, 2023 

Really not much to say I went through our calendar this week, just all our lessons fell through, and we spent the whole week finding, just not very much success, during the times when focused on accomplishing our purpose god kept us going with lots of little miracles throughout the week in talking to people, but almost all of them decided in the same moment to use their free agency to not want to meet with us again, 

It's a thing with apparently the whole zone right now, we did a fast as a district, and then on Saturday we had a "green day" where we were given goals to acomplish during the day to make "greens" or find new people, it was our most successful day from this week, 

Just read a cool friends email, he said something along the lines of god is showing us lots of miracles but we can't see them because we got something else under our skin, good lesson, I've been reading Mathew to learn more about Jesus lately, I've learned a lot, but I would like to also like to adquire "ears to hear and eyes to see" witch I think requires being more focused as a whole, and not letting things get "under your skin" so that's my goal for next week, 

My highlight of the week was Def sacrament meeting, one irmã gave the best sacrament meeting talk I've ever heard, it's was about the atonement, and she had so much knowledge about the atonement and the small little details about Christ's crucifixion so many little details that made it such a good talk, even our friend we are teaching came to church for the first time, and when he heard her talk he shouted up compliments about her wisdom in the middle of sacrament meeting. But it was awesome,

Not much for last week but this next week will probably be awesome

  Mon, Aug 12 What's up guys, this final transfer of mine has been pretty crazy and that's why I haven't had much time to tell you all, and unfortunately some of these stories can be told only once I've finished my mission but if you ask I'll be sure to let yall know, Anyways this last week has been pretty crazy as well I've been going on the grind, I lost 14 pounds this week, and I'm going for a couple more,  We had zone conference and it was incredible makes me wish I could extend my mission but we can only decide that six months ago so oh well, we talked about testimony vs conversion and how we can be converted and also about exact obedience and the difference between transactional and transformational obedience, I more deeply learned that a testimony is knowledge of the truth and conversion is the application of that knowledge into action, whether we really follow what we proclaim and what we know,  Fun fact every choice we make there is a transfer of po...

Week 52

  I've reached week 52 witch means I've been counting correctly at least,  This week was cool I think, I don't remember it all so imma just talk about the cool stuff that is mostly spiritual We had our interviews with president Harker which was amazing, I've def never met such a spiritual giant like him, he has the spirit with him, he knows what to say in all moments, well he told me about Lucas 14 what man builds a tower without first counting the costs to see if he has sufficient resources to finish it, (Bremner memory translation) then asks me if I remembered what he talked about from his first talk he gave about building mansions in heaven, and it sufficed me to say that I told him I dreamed about this interview a week before and that I had dreamed about being in an interview with him, and he asked me the same questions he asked me in real life,  He asked me an interesting question, many tell themselves I didn't sign up for this, well what did you sign up for, w...
