week 84

OKay boys i got the keyboard of the closet

this week has been a doozy

but before we begin, ill just give you an update, we teach we find we walk everyday lots of work lots of jokes, its just been pretty fluid, and the only progressing person we have is now on his 7th baptism date, so here we go, lots of great spiritual experiences learning,, tons of work in the zone to help our zone baptize, its like building a tower that is actively having bricks removed from it and we are trying to put the bricks back in our zone tower,  2 family nights but the person we brought is actively drunk, and we be teaching the principles of faith and repentance

i don't think I've ever had a transfer go by so fast

so lets get to Monday
on Monday we had zone pday that we planned, i successfully burnt 81 tortillas in 1 hour and 56 minutes in a kitchen where 4 kilos of taco meat and hot sauce were being made, it was pretty fun we did a trivia game where if you got the question right you got (not whip creamed in the face) but heavy creamed in the face, and we played soccer where i got some beautiful goals,

that night i then got really sick, i had the most unbearable headache
i laid down in the dark and took some medicine and hoped it would go away, it was so actively painful, i then asked for a blessing and my comp gave me one, i thought to myself after that miracles come from little steps of faith, so i figured if god was gonna heal me so i could work i should get up and stop laying down, so i decided id start by walking to the kitchen, i then made it halfway there and threw up through my nose into the toilet so we stayed in the house the rest of the night, and did some calls,
we got one self referral named Juliana and we taught her, or rather elder banks did while i threw up, but she showed a lot of interest
then we taught Reinaldo with a member for the rest of the night and we basically argued about faith, trying to help him understand, we and Reinaldo are super tight, like we talk to him like 4 times per day,

Tuesday
we did an exchange with the aps it was pretty fun, i was in their area souzas, we had some great lessons, i was the first missionary to go to their baptism dates house carlos, hes a cool dude, we had to go pretty far into the jungle to get there, there was so many animal crossing signs, deer, jungle dogs, wolfs, cougars, foxes, monkeys, snakes, it was pretty cool,

we went to knock a door and there was like 50 houses inside so that was cool, we went looking for maria but found Brenda who said she wants to get baptized

Wednesday i had an exchange in amarais we worked on daily forces it was a really successful exchange we found a couple people i was sitting at a bus stop doing a meeting on the phone, and the spirit said to contact the woman by us, and i thought but I'm in a meeting, and then the internet turned off so i contacted her and she said she wants to learn more, witch was pretty cool

that night i made a bunch of brownies so that on the next day elder hatch who is in amarais could take half the brownies to one district counsel and i could take the other half of the brownies to the other district counsel they were the best brownies I've ever made for sure, everyone asked for the recipe and congratulated me

Thursday, we had an exchange in barao geraldo, it was less successful, but still good,

Friday i was finally back home after 3 days out of my area, we worked and did weekly planning, me and elder banks decided that this week we would work on daily forces even though we wouldn't be together, and it totally worked we found 9 people, and taught 10 lessons with a member that weeks so we got to see the blessings of the work,

Saturday i did an exchange in castelo, so i basically didn't work in my area this week we marked a date with Ricardo so that was good, i also helped out elder muniz with some problems he was having

Sunday
Reinaldo was sick so he didn't go to church,
but andre and Juliana and her daughter went to church so that was really cool,

that night we taught Andre, he's had a lot of companionship teach him for the last 3 years, but we were talking about covenants, and the thought was "say we wanna help you make covenants with god" but i thought it was a little to bold, i then remembered we need to be bold so i did, and he said he feels ready to be baptized now so it was pretty cool, he said when he finishes the book of Mormon he wants to get baptized.

have a nice week!
